About Keith Corbeil
Within the first nine months of
operation, Corbeil Performance Consulting LLC (CPC) has trained
over 200 adults in Leadership, Performance
Appraisals, Job Coaching, Lean Principles, and Forklift Truck
Safety Training. Individual project outcomes included reduction of
turnover;
facilitated development of a new performance evaluation process & criteria
to be implemented company wide, application of conflict resolution
techniques applied resulting in consensus among program managers,
and safety certifications granted to distribution center employees.
During the same time-period a consulting assignment lead to the
research, evaluation, and writing of a business expansion plan
for an existing program that when fulfilled could prove to be
an expansion of more than $3 million to a local community.
Keith has brought learning and
growth to individuals, departments, and management teams in the
Fortune 500 companies Caterpillar,
Inc., SKF, and Consolidated Metco, Inc. His skills and abilities
while
serving nine years in a community college system lead to the
start-up of four
new companies, totaling over 140 new jobs. Recruitment for his
business consulting and training skills by these companies; Zickgraf
Enterprises,
Cherokee Harrah’s Casino, Schmitt Building Contractors, and
Jackson Paper Manufacturing Company, have lead to healthy improvements
in
operations, personal development, and market position.
Corbeil’s fire for learning and improving the client’s
condition has taken him to Texas, the United States, and to Baghdad,
Iraq. He has taught
as an adjunct instructor at the college level, appeared as a content speaker
for classes in marketing and management at Western Carolina University and
NC State University. He has earned a masters degree in Project Management.

In 2006, he received the Franklin
Hockey League’s Lester Patrick Award,
for outstanding service to the game by his peers. Mountain BizWorks, a
non-profit business resource center in Asheville, North Carolina
honored him with the
2006 Partnership Award for his work with developing Small Business.
This year his sights are set to grow the largest pumpkin in the
state, as the return on effort brings many smiles to would be Ghosts,
Goblins,
and
Princesses.
