Our Services
What we Do
Provide value to our customers that
benefit the client’s condition. We
evaluate existing resources, research markets, survey climate, interview
individuals, design content, and deliver training to build skills,
transfer knowledge, and
open communication channels. We enter into that process identifying existing
problems and challenges to work collaboratively on, our work positions
organizations, companies and individual’s businesses for success
defined in the project. Our relationship grows, as we provide the
content for solutions,
teach individuals
to deliver training for the organization, then we move on to the next challenge.
This process provides a continuous loop to close the performance gaps,
increase performance, and improve productivity for the client.
Our Goal
We will establish collaborative relationships that by design foster
innovation and creativity to improve productivity, transfer
knowledge and teach people
to train.
How we do it
We listen to our customers and
mutually determine if the project provides meaningful value for
all parties to move forward in the
process. Projects are reviewed
with a CPC representative for scope of work, measures of success, time-line,
investment, and mutually agreed upon responsibilities. When both parties
are passionate to improve the client’s condition then an opportunity
exists to collaborate in the agreement process.
Innovative and creative programs that
have come from the CPC process include:
Sudden Impact Leadership Training
Train-the-Trainer Program
Performance Appraisal Systems

Keith over the past six years on many training and consulting issues, on all
these projects, Keith played a key and pivotal role either and or as an instructor,
organizer, facilitator, and coordinator and in many instances assisted in obtaining
funding from state sources to offset costs to our Zickgraf.”
