Sudden Impact Leadership Training
The study and development of human equity
within a company defines its culture and level of accepting change
in the competitive flat world where we can exist or thrive. The “Best
Practices” for moving human equity towards increased throughput
and therefore increased performance is a learned process, when implemented
into the daily workflow of the company the achievements start with
a trust environment where all person give and receive respect.
The subtle changes of behaviors impact
the leaders ability to communicate, gain cooperation with fellow
employees and reach collaboration to move change throughout the department.
Our program is uniquely delivered with a combination of self-study,
role-play, journaling, and prioritizing goals that improve the individual’s
personal accountability, where their decision-making is critical.
Working in small groups with similar
identified levels of responsibility and authority, we are able to
bring out innovation for problem-solving, communication techniques,
